                 His professional and business growth has turned him into one of the major icons in the national and international business world.

               Vis-à-vis the diverse nature of the businesses he represents, Gutiérrez excels for his ability to establish a management modality that creates strategic alliances with specialized companies.                 In recognition for his career, in September 2005, he was selected among his peers from the entire continent President of the Private Sector of the Americas in the Organization of American States (OAS). This association represents business executives and entities from the hemisphere. Its main purpose is to harmonize a permanent dialogue between the private and the public sectors to promote the creation of jobs and economic and social development for the peoples of the Americas.

 

               His reputation and networking capabilities with both the private and the public sector, as well as the positive balance sheets achieved in the financial statements combined with the increases in turnover levels and market attraction, and the development of new businesses, have given him an extensive and solid background that facilitates access to both national and international funding for his business activities.

Inversora Cervecera S.A.

President. Inversora Cervecera Sociedad Anónima was created in response to the need perceived in the marketplace, as set forth by the National Commission for the Defense of Competition. As a consequence of the disinvestment Quilmes was forced to undertake in order to merge with AmBev, ICSA acquired the well-known Bieckert, Palermo, and Imperial brands, as well as the former Brahma plant in Luján.

ICSA’s management team is highly recognized for its accomplishments in different fields within the private sector. Furthermore, it has recently recruited successful professionals specialized in foodstuff production, distribution, development, and management, including products of massive consumption, and a vast experience in the beer market.

ICSA is deeply committed, through the effort of its entire staff, to provide world-class quality standards throughout the chain that goes from the suppliers of its raw materials to the final consumers of its products.  

 
Arg Natural Beef S.A.

He is now its President, although he has been a member of this company engaged in cattle breeding based in the Province of Chaco since 2004. The company has become one of the largest cattle raising operations in the country and the region. He has developed the sale of Premium beef cuts for exports, pioneering the establishment of strategic sales spots in a number of Free Shops worldwide.

La Haydee S.A.

At present, he chairs this company engaged in the agricultural and cattle-raising business. As such, the company focuses on raising A. Angus stock, both Black and Red.

Cabaña Don Panos S. A. 

He is currently his Vice-President, yet he is a member of this company since 2005. As such, the company is engaged in the cattle-raising business (stockbreeding, genetics, and embryos’ sales). One of the greatest accomplishments including an award among the 11 awards obtained in 2006 at the Cattle Exhibition held in the traditional trade-show know as Rural de Palermo, where the Great Award for the Champion Male Specimen 2006 went for the Brangus Breed.

Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A.

President, Director, and CEO of the company that manages and runs the National Airport System of the Republic of Argentina since 1998. During his mandate, the system, which is made up of 32 airports, has become the largest private airport concessionaire worldwide. The company is now an icon in the sector and has rewarded him with recognition from the entire community after having the honor of being appointed to chair the Association that represents the sector at the international level. 


Puerta del Sur S.A.

He is its President since 2003. The company manages and exploits Carrasco International Airport.

Bs. As.- La Plata - Zona Franca S.A.

As its Executive Vice-President between 1996 and 1999, he developed the most important tax-free zone in the Republic of Argentina from the very beginning. In the year 2000, the company was ranked third at the continental level after Colon (Panama) and Iquique (Chile)

Terminal Buenos Aires S.A.

Although he is currently its Vice-President, he joined the board of directors of Buenos Aires Grains Port Terminal in 1994. This was the first port privatization process. It occupies 14 ha. In the Port of Buenos Aires, and has storage capacity for 240,000 tons and can handle up to 1,500,000 tons of grains for exports.


Federation of Foreign Trade Operators of the Republic of Argentina

Federación de Operadores de Servicios al Comercio Exterior de la República Argentina (FOSCEX)

President and Founder (1994-1999). This organization gathered all the foreign trade operators of Argentina for the first time. Airlines, customs agents, ports, shipping companies, international ground transportation companies, and cargo agents have been represented by their different organizations in this Federation.


World Air Cargo Organization

He was the Director of this organization engaged in international air cargo, with branches in 54 countries and headquarters in Geneva, between 1994 and 1999. This is the most important Transportation and Distribution Organization worldwide.


Terminal de Cargas Argentinas S.A. (TCA)
(Formerly known as Edcadassa)

Since 2002, he is also the Director of Terminal de Cargas Aéreas (TCA). TCA is a major corporation specifically organized to manage and operate air cargo terminals at the international airports of the Republic of Argentina. It has negotiated the purchase of 45% of the private portion of this mixed-capitals corporation leader in the region, together with the Exxel Group.

He was a Regular Member between 1994 and 1999.

Labaca S.A.

He was the President of this company engaged in agricultural production and fields’ administration between 1993 and 1999.


Chamber of Private Fiscal Warehouses
(Cámara de Depósitos Fiscales Privados)

He was the President and founder of this entity that gathers all the fiscal warehouses between 1993 and 1998. This entity gathers every port, extra-port, and airport warehouse in Argentina.

Depósitos Fiscales S.A.

He was the President and founder of this entity between 1993 and 1997. As such, the company is engaged in port logistics and provides containers and stock transfer and distribution services. Until the privatization of the Port of Buenos Aires, the company was the largest Sea Cargo Operator in the Republic of Argentina. 
 
Express Freight Forwarder S.A.

He was the Director of this Company between 1990 and 1999. The company is engaged in providing logistics at the national and the international level.
It managed to concentrate 74% of the Air Transports from Argentina. It dealt with the introduction of Federal Express in Argentina and ran the business for more than for years.

El Tamarisco S.A.

He was the Director of this company engaged in agricultural production and land management between 1984 and 1999. 

Alas Courier S.A.

He was the CEO and founder of this company mainly engaged in international mail distribution between 1983 and 1994. It has represented the most prestigious companies, including Air France and Swissair.

 

Usar S.A.


He was the General Manager and Founder of this company between 1979 and 1989. As such, the company was engaged in national mail distribution. It had its headquarters in Buenos Aires and 16 branches scattered across the country.
