Joyce Higgins Ginatta
National and international speaker, business leader. Psyched of dollarization in Ecuador, presented the first throughout Latin America, economic proposal which was adopted as currency in a Latin American country a strong currency like the dollar. He earned his Bachelor of Business Engineering at the University of Guayaquil, and then graduating from Harvard University in the Program OPM (Owner President Management). Throughout its 28 year business career has been distinguished as an outstanding entrepreneur of struggle and honesty. He was also hired by the Salvadoran government to give lectures on dollarization, at the time of implementing this system in that country. He chaired the Chamber of Small Industries of Guayas for 10 years and currently chairs the Inter-American Enterprise (FIE), the International Women's Forum (IWF), Chapter Ecuador, the Latin American Association of Women Entrepreneurs, their private firms, and is Professor Associate of the Private Technical University of Loja.
